ThinkTalent Pty Ltd formally called JK & Associates Consulting was established in 2008 as a Human Resources Consulting business.

A BRIEF ABOUT THINK TALENT FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Japisa Khosa is the founder and Director for Think Talent Pty Ltd. She has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, and have served as a specialist and on senior management roles at Denel Aviation, Vodacom SA ,Multi Choice SA ,ACSA (OR Tambo International Airport) and Armscor Soc.
In all her career roles she was mostly involved with the Learning and Talent development of her employer’s human resources. Her role as a skills development manager gave her exposure to stakeholder relationship Management.
As an employee Japisa provided a bouquet of business focused solutions including coaching and mentoring to her employer’s internal clients. Japisa has been instrumental in the design and implementation of Learning and Talent development strategies. She was also involved in the coordination of Vodacom Executive leadership, secretarial academy and various learnership and graduate programs.
Whilst at Armscor she was responsible for management of Armscor Leadership development, Executive Coaching, International development, Bursary Schemes, Learnership, Apprenticeship and graduate development programmes.
She acquired experience in business consulting, management and leadership practices and project management in the public services, manufacturing and telecommunications, and other industries.
